Sacred icons hand-painted in Italy for Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria
In Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria the icon is part of daily life, and in recent decades many new churches have been built that await their iconostasis. The Romanian, Moldovan, Serbian and Bulgarian communities in Italy and across Europe keep the same tradition.

A living tradition
- The painted monasteries of Bukovina in Romania, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the People's Salvation Cathedral in Bucharest, consecrated in 2018.
- In Serbia the Temple of Saint Sava in Belgrade and the Slava, the feast of the family's patron saint, with its icon handed down from father to son.
- In Bulgaria the Rila Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Sofia.
For churches, parishes and families
For a church under construction, an icon for the iconostasis or of the titular saint; for a Serbian family, the Slava icon; for Romanian and Moldovan parishes in Italy, the icon of the patron saint. Every work is commissioned with an offering proportionate to the time and materials, and is planned together with the community.

Saint George and the dragon
Patron of many Serbian and Bulgarian families.

Christ Pantocrator
For the iconostasis or the dome.
Commissioning and shipping
Consultations take place online, in English or Italian. During the work you receive photographs of every stage; the icon arrives with protective packaging and, on request, insured shipping, together with its certificate of authenticity on real parchment and its explanatory booklet. Shipping conditions and any customs formalities are checked case by case at the time of commission.
